We are looking for an energetic self motivated Sales Executive or BDM Responsibilities: Welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office/personnel. Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence, memos, resumes, and presentations. Coordinating and managing appointments, meetings, and the conference room schedule in order to prevent duplicate bookings. Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, and budget tracking. Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations. Purchasing office supplies, equipment, and furniture. Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment. Performing other relevant duties when needed. Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies. Researching prospects and generating leads. Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person. Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints. Preparing and sending quotes and proposals. Managing the sales process through specific software programs. Building and maintaining a CRM database. Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Participating in sales team meetings. Requirements: High school diploma/GED. 1+ years of sales experience. Excellent customer service and sales skills. Strong verbal and written comm
