It includes but is not limited to the below:
1. Handle dashboard, ensuring timely time slot management and smooth daily operations.
2. Ensure quality control of all floral arrangements and products.
3. Prepare orders, new flower designs, and gifts as directed by the Operations team, received online and offline via our Operations agents, Corporate Sales, or other Floward employees.
4. Train florist team to develop practical skills knowledge.
5. Ensure the workshop and flower fridge is clean and tidy at all times.
6. Handle wholesale orders and transactions.
7. Purchase flowers and other floral products.
8. Responsible For managing any events, receptions, and large corporate orders.
9. Update invoices on a daily basis with barcode information.
10. Control and oversee photo shoots.
11. Update the weekly florist timetable regularly.
12. Prepare and submit daily wastage reports.
13. Oversee inventory management and stock availability and conduct weekly & monthly inventory updates.

1. Background or previous experience as a senior florist, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in floristry.

4. Attention to detail and organizational skills are key. Furthermore, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are highly valued.
