HIRING FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS FOR A RESTAURANT IN RIFFA:
Two Cooks
Responsibilities include studying recipes (Indian, Chinese and Arabic), setting up menus and preparing high quality dishes. You should be able to delegate tasks to kitchen staff to ensure meals are prepared in a timely manner. Also, you should be familiar with sanitation regulations. If you have experience with advanced cooking techniques and non-traditional ingredients, that would be a plus.
Two Kitchen Helpers
Kitchen helper clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, assists in basic food preparation, receiving and storing products in the kitchen. Should have knowledge of general kitchen operations and of general food storage guidelines.
Waitresses
Waitresses are responsible for taking orders and serving food and beverages to guests. They play an important role in guest satisfaction as they are also responsible for checking on customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to rectify any issues.
