Trader Vic's Bahrain is looking for friendly Hostess/Female Receptionist. Our venue is an eclectic collection of cuisines, signature cocktails and an exotic atmosphere bedecked with authentic artefacts and trappings. Our guests from all nationalities adore the venue especially with refreshing drinks and sumptuous dishes from around the world. Hostess / Receptionist Your role as a Hostess is to create a welcoming, gracious and professional first impression to the guests. You will be responsible to: • Assist customers with reservation bookings and general inquiries, in person or by phone. • Answer all telephone calls in a timely and friendly manner. • Allocate tables to guests and be always aware of table status within the venue. • Escort guests to their table and present the menus. • Ensure that all menus in circulation are in acceptable condition. • Knowledgeable of local laws and customs. • Politely inform the guest of the dress code and other regulations within the venue. • Demonstrate good knowledge of the products available to the guest. • Update customer profile data on the client database as required.
