These are the category for the transformation of the body so you choose and consider its done guys. These are Game plan or session plan or workout what ever you like to name it its your choice and there will be diet plan too which you need to follow without cheat day which you guys need to follow if you need to achieve the goal which you're looking for. Now working session will be held in a week 3 days in a week for 2 hours either in your gum ,home office or any convenient place if your choice but it should be in bahrain I will come to you & train you . And now charges of the session I charge monthly 100 bd , weekly 55 bd and hourly 15 bd so you choose what you like to have.
