Description
A newly opened service office seeking an HR Executive, candidate must possess the following:
Knowledge of operating on the listed government platforms:
• Lmra Ems System
• Gosi
• Sijilat
• Tamkeen
• Bahrain. bh
• Traffic Directorate
Sound knowledge of HR processes and procedures such as: recruitment, job description drafting, headhunting, layoffs, replacement, keeping track of leave records, sourcing of candidates, arranging and conducting interviews, formalization of appointment, preparation of appointment letter and new staff induction.
knowledge of LMRA rules and Bahrain labor law
Good communication skills in English and Arabic
Capable of translating documents from English to Arabic
Possess sales Experience or sales knowledge
Package:
1- Work permit
2- Basic salary
3- Return ticket
4- Salary review after successfully accomplishing the 3 months’ probational period
5- Accommodation allowance and transport allowance after successfully accomplishing the 3 months’ probational period.
